CNN Anchor Don Lemon Claims This Was The Worse Black History Month….Ever

Don Lemon CNN

CNN Anchor Don Lemon took less than ten minutes to share his view that this was the worst Black History Month ever. A lot of people may agree he had valid points.

During the last day of February Lemon took the time to address his opinion on why he considered this the worst one. One of the first examples was Maryland Delegate Mary Ann Lisanti. She made national news as it was reported she told a white colleague that was campaigning in Prince George’s County that he was a door-knocking in a  n***er district.

To make matters worse the Democratic Delegate replied when asked about the situation saying this.

“I’m sure I have. . . . I’m sure everyone has used it. I’ve used the f-word. I used the Lord’s name in vain.” – Mary Ann Lisanti

Lemon had this to say at the beginning of the video.

“Tonight of all nights, the last night of Black History Month what may be the worst Black History Month ever. We’ve got blackface, we’ve got the n-word, we’ve got the call for the return of the KKK. Yes, all of that happened just this month. And listen, it’s not a surprise. You don’t have to have grown up in the deep south like I did to know that racism is very much alive in this country.” – Don Lemon

Other points include blackface, the noose hoodie made by Burberry, Jussie Smollett’s attack scandal, and more. Watch the video below.
