Features

Everyear something is added or removed from the iPhone it seems. This year the fingerprint and headphone jacks are gone. The Face ID will completely take over. There also will be no home button.

Dual sim support will happen for the first time. It will include a nano-sim and digital e-sim that comes pre-embedded in the handsets. You will need 2 separate wireless service plans to take advantage of the feature.

The iPhone XR will include a variety of colors to choose from. The XS and XS Max give you three options; those colors are silver, space grey, and polished gold.

Buyers will not have to wait for the IOS 12 update. They will have it from the start. A new feature called screen time will be available so you can track your time spent on your phone and control your amount of interaction. New privacy features, memojis, and group notifications are also included.

The rear cameras will have the same resolution as the iPhone X dual lens camera. The smart HDR will enhance the typical HDR features, providing better colors, shadows, and highlights.

iPhone will integrate the world’s first A12 Bionic chip. It will consume less power by running forty to fifty percent more efficiently. The chip is said to also speed the app launch by thirty percent and run fifteen percent faster.

Pre-orders started on Septemeber 14 and the XS/XS Max will go on sale September 21.
