According to TMZ, back in March a fight had broke out at Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in New York and a victim is now suing the club. The victim, Jose Irizarry, is suing the 40/40 Club due to a lack of adequate security and insufficient crowd control which led to his injuries.  Irizarry  was inside the club when out of the blue an altercation broke out between security and some attendants. During the altercation, Irizarry had got caught up in the middle of the fight and gained a head injury. The injury caused Irizarry pain and suffering, medical bills and lost wages which he expect the venue to reimburse him for. Since Jay-Z has not been named in the lawsuit, legal action will be taken against management of the club.

This incident just so  happened to take place the same night boxer Jermall Charlo got involved in an altercation and had his Louis Vutton bag stolen which contained diamonds and other jewelry. Irizarry’s attorney believes his client appeared to be caught up in the middle of the fight.  TMZ had released video footage of a woman stealing the bag with $40,000 in cash, a $15, 000 diamond bracelet, a $75, 000 championship ring and more.
